I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and school counselor with nearly two decades of experience in education, supporting children, adults, and families. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, burnout, and life transitions, offering a warm, nonjudgmental space to feel heard and supported.
My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to help clients manage stress, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with what matters most. I’m passionate about fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful, lasting growth in everyday life.
I specialize in children, families and women navigating the demands of a multifaceted life. I also offer Life Coaching sessions for children and adults.
I primarily work in the south Tulsa, Bixby area, but can also work out of my office in Edmond or online.
