You might look like you’re holding it together—but inside you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that won’t shift. Therapy can be a place where those patterns finally start to loosen. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying trauma, anxiety, grief, or relationship pain. Many also hold complex identities and want a space where they can show up fully as themselves. I work with many queer and BIPOC individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship stress. I also support couples who feel stuck in painful cycles and want to rebuild connection and understanding.

My work centers Brainspotting, a brain-body therapy that helps process trauma and access deeper healing by working with the nervous system. I also integrate ACT and CBT to tailor therapy to each client. Brainspotting can also support performance and creativity, helping people move through internal blocks and feel more focused and confident.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, identity-affirming, and real. There’s room for depth, humor, and the messy parts of being human.
