I approach counseling with the conviction that each person was created to thrive in life and relationships. Everyone encounters problems, pain, loss and many other challenges, but these do not need to determine one's identity or future. My therapeutic approach addresses the client's mind, emotions, spirit, and body, creating a holistic approach to healing and growth. I work to create a safe atmosphere for clients to share openly and move towards their goals.
My areas of focus include recovery from abuse and trauma, anxiety, developing healthy relationships and personal/spiritual growth. I have provided counseling for survivors of childhood abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence and rape as well as counseling for ex-offenders. I have experience working with teens, couples, families, and individuals.
Appointments are available evenings and weekends. I offer a sliding scale to help make counseling affordable for everyone.
