I am a sole practitioner who provides a safe, comfortable space for all individuals. I utilize a personalized approach to work with individuals, couples and families in finding their path to healthier mind, body and family dynamics. I work with individuals, couples and families suffering from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, postpartum depression, substance use disorders, career counseling, fertility issues, grief and loss, chronic pain and/or chronic illness like autoimmune disorders. My goal is to help all clients find their path and their voice in their lives. I can also utilize video appointments.
My specialties include: trauma/abuse, post-traumatic stress, mood/anxiety disorders, grief, and relationships. I provide consultation and counseling services to adolescents age 13 and up and adults through the following: Individual, Couples, and Group Therapy. Surviving and Coping w/ Narccissitic Relationship
A consultation is required for group membership. Many women and men come out of relationships reeling from the difference in who that special someone was supposed to be verus who they really were. This is a group that helps one another look for signs and triggers, learn to love themselves again, and remove the words guilt, shame and remorse to those of survivors and warriors.
