Reaching out for support can feeling overwhelming, but therapy doesn't have to be. My goal is to create a space where you're comfortable, respected, and genuinely heard. I tend to be casual/relaxed in my approach, but rest assured I have over 12 years experience in the mental health field - and a lot of knowledge that comes with it. Therapy is for YOU - and I plan to follow your lead to get what you want out of it. I utilize multiple evidence-based approaches but let's do what works best for you. I plan to build a relationship with you with real conversation, so you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk in.

I specialize in moderate to severe mental health disorders such as major depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I also enjoy working with older adults as they navigate aging, chronic illness, grief, and the many life transitions that can come later in life. Lastly, I have a heart for those navigating early parenthood and issues with pregnancy.

My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling more confident, more equipped, and with practical tools you can actually use outside the therapy office.
