I draw from a wide range of therapeutic styles, methods and techniques. I often use talk therapy informed by a multitude of psychological approaches, established sciences and protocols to achieve wellness. I'm further developing a focus on somatic-based and experiental therapies to treat mood & anxiety disorders, trauma and chronic pain.
