I work with stress, anxiety/panic/phobia, depression/mood problems, PTSD, life adjustment/transitions and relationship issues. I am a Certified EMDR therapist, Alpha-Stim (CES) Practitioner, & Clinical Hypnosis trained. I am also a certified yoga teacher.
My style is compassionate, intuitive, and direct. I value the gift that humor can bring almost like medicine at times to therapy.
