“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom" (Anais Nin). You know when it's time to make a change - whether the struggle is depression, anxiety, past trauma, or perhaps a painful relationship - there comes a tipping point when you are ready to make that first step toward hope.
As a trained trauma-focused clinician, I love meeting clients where they are at and journeying with them toward wholeness. My main modalities integrate the brain, heart/emotions, and body through mindfulness, EMDR, and narrative therapy. I have had the privilege of helping kids, adults, and couples get 'unstuck' from a wide range of issues.
I truly care about every individual and couple that I work with, and am committed to their growth and well-being. With that in mind, I always offer a free, in-person consultation to see if we are a great fit and to answer any questions about therapy that you might have. Let's demystify the therapy process together and take that first step toward healing!
