My name is Staci Silva, I am a licensed mental health (LMHC). I have been working as a clinical therapist for the last 5 years. I provide a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment to all my clients. I provide evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents and adults with emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, family conflicts, trauma related issues, life events, and ADHD. I use a combination of evidence-based models and techniques: Trauma focused, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Family Systems, Strength based, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing.
I provide evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents, and adults with emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, family conflicts, trauma related issues, life events, and ADHD.
