I am interested in assisting people of all ages in reaching their fullest potential. Whether you are experiencing a difficult life phase, are a trauma survivor, or are navigating life with a persistent mental health diagnosis, I am here to partner with you.
Recognizing people's needs are distinct, I have completed training in: Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Theraplay. These methods I combine with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. Children heal through play, and appreciate the opportunity to process their experiences via puppets, art, and sand tray creations.
Areas of experience include: attachment disorders, complex trauma, treatment for sexual abuse survivors and perpetrators, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and collaborating with individuals as they chart new courses in life.
