I am dedicated to helping my clients reach their highest healing potential through state-of-the-art mind and body-based modalities. My goal is to help people release trauma and pain from the past which prevents them from living a full, active, and joyful life. I have been working in the healing industry for over 30 years. I became a Certified Massage Therapist in 1992 and later earned my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. I am certified in Brainspotting, Somatic Archaeology, Yoga Instruction and am an accredited Neuro-Transformational Life Coach.
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and addiction. Trauma is stored in our bodies at the cellular level. If left unresolved these body memories can keep us stuck. Using brain-based healing modalities helps my clients experience profound shifts in their emotional healing and physical well-being that talk therapy alone cannot accomplish.
I help my clients dive deep below the surface to clear programming from the past, help them achieve their goals, and be the best version of themselves. I guide them on drawing on their innermost wisdom to maximize their untapped personal potential and eradicate self-sabotaging stories which allows them to find true joy and live their dreams.
