It's not all in your head—it's in your whole body. Your nervous system is reacting to a world that was not built to accommodate it. If you live with a dynamic disability (EDS/POTS/MCAS), a neurodivergent brain (ADHD/ASD/AuDHD), or move through life as a queer human (LGBTQIA2+), you may have been given the message that your physical symptoms are just "anxiety" or that your emotional dysregulation is a personal failure.
I offer intentionally affirming therapy for folks living at the intersection of chronic illness, neurodivergence & queerness.
Our work centers on a collaborative plan that works with your brain and body—not against them. I provide a structured, sensory-informed clinical environment where you do not have to perform, explain your acronyms, or justify a fluctuating physical, cognitive, or emotional baseline. Our sessions respect your capacity and honor your autonomy.
Whether that means camera-off sessions on flare days, movement-inclusive processing, or direct, unmasked exploration, together we will build a collaborative plan to meet your in your goals. You don’t need to have it all figured out to step into this space; you are welcome exactly as you are.
