I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families in various mental health and educational settings. I work with individuals to help them work toward personal and mental health goals using a variety of therapeutic strategies and strive to find the most effective ones for each client. My experience includes working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, trauma, loss, life changes, and problems in relationships.
We will work together to identify connections and find ways to change patterns to cope more effectively. I offer an accepting and safe space with a lot of genuine care and thoughtfulness with an emphasis on the importance of self-care and mindfulness to help you attain your goals.
