Hi! I'm Dr. Staci Graham, a licensed psychologist based in Southern California. I have been working in a clinical capacity for over a decade and consider myself a holistic practitioner by nature. I consider the whole person when I practice psychology: who they are mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually. To be human is to be complex, and I believe therapy should be a validating space where you sift through your complexity. I have developed a foundation on which I base my therapeutic practices, and it is rooted in helping clients foster a better relationship with themselves.
I help clients develop insight into the way they think, feel, and behave so they can enact the changes they want, and I emphasize the importance of self-compassion while doing so. Ultimately, I tailor the way I practice therapy to what my clients need on an individual basis.
I follow the lead of my clients when it comes to goal setting. I let you decide what you want to "get out" of therapy and what we focus on during our work together, and we collaborate every session to make that happen. I also understand that your therapeutic goals may change throughout the process, so I leave room to modify or alter them at your discretion.
