Hey there! I’m Staci, and I might be your future therapist! Welcome to my profile, where it is my hope that you can get to know me and evaluate my potential as a good fit for you! A few fun things to know about me: I’m a former RN, a military brat, wife, mom, and owner of two crazy dogs! There’s a 10/10 chance I’ll have coffee by my side during our sessions, and I’ve got a cozy office that’s perfect for mental health healing to take place. I have a passion for helping others navigate life's stressor's, and I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to come up with treatment goals that are uniquely best for them!
I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients identify core beliefs that are leading to disordered thoughts. Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and existential therapy are other modalities I might pull in. I also use the ever so research based Gottman methods for couples! No matter what, I make a point to let my client lead the way.
I enjoy working with individuals and couples ages 18 + who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and communication issues, pregnancy/postpartum issues, college stress, military life challenges and dynamics, and healthcare worker burnout among others. I offer free 15 minute phone consults so we can connect prior to scheduling!
