In our work together, we will help you understand the effects of vicarious trauma, how to move forward in a job that feels thankless and defeating a lot of the time, and discover coping skills that make you feel most grounded and at peace. Working in healthcare or any service-oriented industry can be so cutthroat and demanding. It can make you chronically put your needs last in order to just show up for work every day.

I make it a point to help my clients identify the doubts, lies, and negative narratives about themselves and their circumstances using a method called CBT. Through this research-backed method, clients are able to put themselves back into the driver’s seat of their own thoughts and behaviors, thus bringing about the life change they desire.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples ages 18 + who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship and communication issues, pregnancy/postpartum issues, college stress, military life challenges and dynamics, and healthcare worker burnout among others.
