There is always a reason for what we feel, and what we do. Our reactions are never random—they are rooted in lived experiences that deserve recognition and validation.
My role is to honor how your adaptive behaviors have helped you survive so far. Our bodies guide us as we explore our histories, and prioritizing connection with self, others, and the natural world is key. Embodied experiences bring about healing in our bones in a way that intellectualizing simply cannot. As we work together to further your awareness of the sensations and emotions within you, we learn how to tend to their needs and requests in healthy ways.
We’re innately predisposed to avoid pain and discomfort. When doing so has become a way of life, it can lead to feeling lost, overwhelmed, ashamed, barely there. We can look successful, yet still feel empty or lacking. We may have spent endless years chasing the prize, without tending to the parts of us that are demanding we run.
We are not made to walk alone - even if our past has taught us it's safer that way. The healing path will always be non-linear, and we all need support. Together, we can learn to slow down, stay present, and observe patterns with compassion. We can welcome parts of you that may have been buried, as you continue uncovering and becoming more of yourself.
