However, there is hope for a sense of calmness in the storm. You can get through these challenging experiences with more confidence.
As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression, I know it may feel like there is no hope, but, as I have learned, it is possible to have good self-esteem and peace of mind. I provide a safe and nurturing environment so that you or your child can discover self-compassion, learn how to be mindful, feel confident, and enjoy life.
