I will meet you in whatever phase you are in and we will begin from there.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults within the school, community and family setting. My background has afforded me the opportunity to work with many areas of struggle, including but not limited to, self-esteem, relationships, life coaching, domestic violence, life transitions, coping skills, LGBTQ, grief/loss, divorce and stress.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental and freeing space in which you can express your emotions. My goal is to simply walk with you in your journey, to a healthier mental state.
