I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has worked with children, adolescents, and adults for many years. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, personality disorders, PTSD, grief, family conflict, relational problems, self-esteem, childhood behavioral issues, and more.
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling from Texas Tech University. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), preliminary eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed counseling (TIF), attachment-informed counseling (AIC), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), play therapy, and Gottman Couples Counseling.
