I have experience in working with those struggling with grief, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, transitions, relational difficulties and more. I utilize different evidence-based modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Therapy.
