Are you ready to feel more peace in your life, but you need some support to get there? Are you ready to change patterns in your relationships or improve communication? I am happy to help you! I would love to be your advocate. I am LGBT+ affirming and see clients ages 16 and up. I also have special training in couples and family therapy. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions for individuals and couples in SoIN (Southern Indiana) and currently have openings. Reach out to see if I am a good fit!
My best work is with clients who are looking to find their inner power in order to face the challenges life has to offer.
This often means deconstructing external expectations and creating peace with one's own needs and authenticity.
Deepening relationship with oneself and others often creates a rich and meaningful life.
I also help clients discover their own neurodivergence as adults, often after burnout. Additionally, I help adults parent neurodivergent children while navigating their own needs.
Another area of expertise is in religious deconstruction and reconstruction (religious and spiritual empowerment) after difficult and hurtful experiences with Church.
