Life can be tough. We all face times when we are overwhelmed by major life changes or decisions, or experience sadness or depression for long periods of time that can make engaging in work and social activities difficult. Past traumas can also affect us in ways we don't expect, requiring a little help to process. My practice uses a strengths based approach to work through challenges together. I believe that we are all the experts of our own experiences, and I use this philosophy to help my clients achieve their goals.
Together we will focus on your personal strengths to develop healthy coping skills and problem solving methods to use as lifelong tools. I specialize in depression, anxiety, loss and grief, trauma/PTSD, and issues related to adolescents and young adulthood.
I am a licensed therapist with 10+ years of experience and provide in-person and tele-therapy to accommodate busy schedules and travelers. Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or are seeking someone new, my practice will provide a safe, reliable space to work through challenges.
