Hi, I'm Stacey! I strive to be completely authentic with each of my clients while bringing warmth and safety into our time together. As a clinician, I work with young adults and individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity struggles, relationship challenges and difficult life adjustments. I also love working with marriages and families.
Know, I will be an active therapist in session by using an eclectic approach to provide client-centered care. I primarily work from a Christian perspective but also respect if my clients do not want this. Specifically, I am well-versed in dialectic behavioral, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and trauma therapy.
