My therapeutic approach and coaching style integrate faith with psychodynamic psychotherapy, incorporating active listening, mindfulness practices, and self-compassion for symptom reduction. I believe therapy and coaching are most effective when the clinician takes into account the client's unique story, experience, gifts, graces, and talents.
