Having 35 years of experience in the mental health field, I've dealt with a variety of issues primarily in the areas related to depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, emotional regulation and grief/loss.
I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy perspective (& DBT) and incorporate my Christian beliefs into treatment when sought. My goal for those I work with are recovery and wellness; helping individuals gain new insight, perspectives & skills that allow them to tackle life's challenges with confidence & courage to reach their dreams and goals.
