I have 30 years of clinical/coaching experience and I trained therapists for 18 years as a professor at UCF. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you understand and accept yourself while also teaching you strategies to improve the things that make you feel stuck and unfulfilled or maybe even anxious and depressed.
