Populations I'm passionate to work with are adults healing from childhood wounds and survivors of traumatic events. I also enjoy working with older children and teens to help them navigate the unique challenges they face today. I’m an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and use gender affirming care.
I use ACT, inner child work, DBT, CBT, EMDR, and sandtray therapy. I work with individuals with PTSD, ASD, religious trauma, anxiety and mood disorders. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to express your thoughts and emotions to help you find your authentic self.
