My experience and areas of interest include addressing the impact of developmental trauma on relationships, sexual health, and LGBTQIA+ identity development and growth. I am an EMDR trained therapist and incorporate mindfulness and body movement into therapy. I help clients with PTSD, trauma, sexual abuse/assault, and community violence.
