I have found that providing psychoeducation to help my clients understand the why and what is happening to them is the most important place to begin in a therapeutic relationship. With over 25 years of experience in social work, I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced trauma, face depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and other life challenges.
