With a background in dance, theatre, and yoga, I found my way to psychology through movement and somatic practice. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Somatic Sex Educator, I provide you a safe space to process trauma, discover techniques that bring you back to the present, and develop skills to recognize your strengths. Together, we will empower you with the tools to foster trust in yourself and the capacity to build healthy relationships with yourself and others.
My approach is holistic and body-based with a foundation in Depth Psychology and Somatics. I integrate breath, mindfulness, and movement to nurture your innate resilience, while giving you space to speak the truth of your experiences. I worked as a birth doula for several years, and I am particularly attuned to the dynamic between emotions and the body.
I specialize in trauma work, fertility difficulties, pregnancy/postpartum mental health, disordered eating, sexuality and intimacy, and mood disorders.
