If you are facing a life transition, family betrayal, or personal challenge, I can help you focus on calm, clarity, and connection through this change. Major life transitions and betrayals can shake your sense of identity and safety. These events often result in shock, shame, grief, anger, and confusion as well as questioning everything, including core identity. Through empathetic support, my goal is to provide a caring and thoughtful customized approach that fosters healing and supports your emotional needs.
I utilize various modalities and approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Talk Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and other modalities as needed. I have completed the MPE Aspects 101 Course, Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and have received training in Trauma treatment, Brainspotting and DBT.
I work with clients to build healthier coping skills, strengthen identity and self-worth, cultivate more harmonious relationships, and become more grounded in the present moment.
