About
I receive professional satisfaction from helping my clients grow by overcoming life and emotional hurdles. Are you frustrated, feel lost, sad, have family/work/school/health issues, or have worries? Let me help you navigate through life's difficulties so you can achieve a sense of control over daily challenges and become whole and more resilient. We will work together to identify the best practices and resources to achieve your goals. I have experience working with different ethnic groups, culture and sexualities. I've helped individuals overcome self-harming behaviors too.
I believe in customizing a plan that fits your needs. Over the years of service, I have developed a network of resources. I assist individuals in developing coping skills, assertiveness, and a positive self image. I tend to utilize cognitive behavioral, emotionally focused, brief solution, family systems, and reality therapy within my scope of practice.
Reaching out for therapy can be an uncomfortable. I am here to listen and answer questions you may have about therapy. I conduct individual, and family sessions; while offering a relaxing, comfortable, judgement free space for us to build a working relationship to achieve your goals.
