I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma. Unresolved trauma can have significant impact on day-to-day functioning both emotionally, cognitively and physiologically. It is common for trauma to be stored in the body through physical memories. I utilize a wholistic approach in order for the trauma to be released.
I am trained in multiple mind/body modalities to help heal trauma. Even a single incident trauma can impact overall wellbeing yet can often be resolved fairly rapidly. I look forward to helping you achieve a lighter and more fulfilling life.
