I work with individuals across the adult life span, families, and couples/folks in relationships who are looking to feel more connected to themselves and others, navigate distress and conflict, and build more meaningful relationships and lives. My clients encompass the spectrum of gender and sexuality identities and live within a variety of relationship structures - monogamous, polyamorous, and non-monogamous. I collaborate with my clients to explore your strengths, needs, goals, history, and where you want to be in your life and relationships.
My style is warm, open, and non-judgmental. I draw from a range of theories and modalities in my approach to therapy - psychodynamic, relational, attachment, systems, and feminist approaches. I believe it’s important to examine the systems that we live in and how we have learned to navigate and cope within them.
Therapy is grounded in a deep, safe, and trusting relationship that we co-create together. The therapeutic relationship between us can often be the most important factor in healing. This work is deeply important to me, and it’s an honor to hold space for my clients’ stories and lives. Seeking therapy is a brave step, and I look forward to hearing from you.
