About
I work with individuals, couples/folks in relationships, and families who are looking to feel more connected to themselves and others, navigate distress and conflict, and build more meaningful relationships and lives. I collaborate with clients to explore your strengths, needs, goals, history, and where you want to go in your life and relationships. I believe it’s important to examine the systems that we live in and how we have learned to navigate and cope within them.
My style is warm, open, and non-judgmental. I draw from a range of theories and modalities in my approach to therapy, which is rooted in psychodynamic, relational, attachment, systems, and transfeminist approaches. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ identified folks/relationships and those exploring non-monogamous/open relationships.
Therapy is grounded in a deep, safe, and trusting relationship that we co-create together. The therapeutic relationship between us can often be the most important factor in healing. This work is deeply important to me, and it’s an honor to hold space for my clients’ stories and lives. Seeking therapy is a brave step, and I look forward to hearing from you.
