I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds dealing with a variety of issues. Prior to starting in my current practice I worked in Community Mental Health and in a hospital setting doing crisis work. Being a wife and mother, I also feel that I have a true understanding of the stresses of everyday life for families.
I enjoy working with people to help navigate the best course of treatment and road to health and happiness. I believe that those struggling with depression, anxiety, family conflict, parenting stress, grief, and chronic mental illness have the ability to develop coping strategies to live a happy, healthy, productive life.
I have daytime and limited evening availability. I accept a number of commercial insurance plans, HSA's, and self pay. We offer an income based sliding scale for those paying out of pocket.
