I am a trained Accelerated Resolution Therapist which is a brief evidence-based psychotherapy that can produce dramatic improvements after only a few sessions. It is effective in a variety of psychiatric disorders, like PTSD. This modality uses rapid eye movements to work through sensations related to stressful & sometimes painful memories & flashbacks.
