I’m a Therapist located in Southwest Topeka who works with Adolescents, Adults, and Families, specializing in Female/Womens Issues. Many of my clients come in to address topics such as Anxiety/Depression, ADHD, Trauma, Parent/Family Challenges, changes that may occur during Life Transitions, and the mental health of Athletes. I am particularly passionate about serving the unique challenges women face at all stages. Personal life and parenting experiences have given me valuable insight as to what individuals and families may be going through.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental. When an individual or family begins therapy, we will establish a strong relationship and comfortable environment where you feel safe and heard. By using the appropriate treatment approach, I will assist with helping you or your family make changes that align with your individual therapeutic goals and needs.
Life experiences have shaped me into who I am today. My endurance thru difficult times and my willingness to persevere in the face of obstacles gives me a unique understanding of challenges life can bring. I have also been blessed with a blended family which has given me more insight and understanding than any of my schooling.
