I'm a compassionate professional, dedicated to facilitating organic healing from trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, job performance, substance use disorders or relational issues please contact me. I also offer customized intensives for trauma treatment. Additionally, I provide consultations for families impacted by substance use disorders, which includes teaching families how to support and talk to children about parental addiction.
I employ therapies based on the latest neuroscience that honor one's natural healing ability. I'm a certified consultant in EMDR & Brainspotting to treat anxiety, trauma & addictions. Sports performance is a specialty area I have developed to help athletes & professional organizations incorporate mental health care to promote optimum performance.
I believe in designing innovative strategies unique to each client, including individual and family sessions as well as custom intensive trauma treatment. I have advanced training in trauma, dissociation, chronic pain, substance use disorders and co-dependence. I am an EMDR Approved Consultant, Certified Grief Educator.
