I take pride in my 25 years of experience working with a variety of populations, and I enjoy working with clients 15 years of age and up. My clients over the years have had: depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment difficulty, and teenagers with a variety of peer, family, and self-esteem issues. I welcome women's issues, veteran's issues, LGBTQ issues, those who are just "stuck", going through a life transition or folks who have been in and out of therapy for years. I've found that most people are just doing the best they can to muddle through life and dodge the challenges that are so prevalent today. Having support does help!
I offer individual therapy, assessments for bariatric and transplant surgery, and tele-psychology interventions for trauma (PTSD), mood disorders (Depression, Bipolar Disorder), anxiety disorders (OCD, Social phobia, Panic Disorder), anger management and self-esteem, CBT for Insomnia and sleep disorders, and parenting help. LGBT+ and kink friendly!
My down to earth and collaborative relationships with clients are a large part of my success during therapy. Building those trusting relationships is my foremost goal, and the techniques and tools that are used and learned are the icing on the cake.
