I have witnessed the transformative power of psychotherapy, and I am passionate about helping my clients experience it for themselves. For many years, I worked as a family law attorney and mediator. I saw firsthand how family conflict and trauma negatively impact people, and I switched career paths so that I could use my skills as a therapist. I work with all clients who are motivated to grow, heal and improve.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, developmental & intergenerational trauma, and perinatal mental health. I frequently work with parents to provide parenting support. My style is warm but direct.

I come from a trauma-informed background and incorporate psychodynamic/psychoanalytic principles with behavioral techniques to provide the most comprehensive treatment for my clients.
