I provide a holistic, evidence-based approach to therapy in a warm, supportive environment where therapy animals are welcome. While talk therapy is an important foundation, I believe lasting healing comes from strengthening the mind-body connection. Together, we explore self-awareness, intentional living, nutrition, movement, and healthy coping strategies to promote emotional wellness. My goal is to help clients build resilience, improve relationships, and develop a stronger, more compassionate connection with themselves.
I am EMDR Institute-trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and work with children, adolescents, and adults. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps reduce symptoms of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions, and other emotional challenges.
I believe therapy is a space for healing, growth, and meaningful change. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build resilience, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create lasting, positive change.
