Along with my degree I have a micro-credential in Trauma-Focused Care. I provide a person-centered, mindfulness, strengths-based approach to empower individuals throughout their therapeutic journey. I focus on helping individuals, couples and families.
I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am Gottman Level 1 certified and provide therapy to couples and families using Gottman Therapy techniques. I enjoy seeing relationships flourish and develop healthier and more respectful communication habits.
I support all diagnoses such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. I am passionate about helping clients to understand the “why” behind their behaviors and achieve their goals. I am committed to providing a judgment-free and safe space for clients to feel comfortable.
