I offer compassionate, culturally humble counseling to help clients find more adaptive ways of handling life stressors. My clients feel better after just a few sessions. I have over 28 years of experience working with clients and getting them back on their feet. I work with individuals who have medical issues, trauma issues, and individuals who are on disability. I also have an interest in the treatment of trauma and offer many different experiential exercises and relaxation training tools. I offer Integrative EMDR Psychotherapy, and I am trained in hypnosis from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Give me a call, please.
