About
I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing whatever challenges that arise in the many different chapters of our lives. In addition to general psychotherapy I also provide specialized care in the exploration of sexual orientation and gender identity with youth, teens, adults and their families as they navigate through the social and emotional aspects of life.
I am known for my kindness and a gentle approach. I provide a safe space where you can ask questions and feel supported as you acquire the tools to support yourself or your loved ones. First and foremost, I will assure you that you are not alone.
I work from a resilience based framework, encouraging clients to not only explore the challenges of life, but to celebrate joyful moments with authenticity and courage. You are on a journey that may feel daunting, but it can also be exciting and empowering. I look forward to getting to know you and your story. Please send me an email for the fastest reply.
