One of the greatest parts about being a therapist is having the honor to help others grow, change their lives, and become the person they wish to be. I have had the honor to assist others for over 14 years. Most of my experience has been working within a community mental health system helping those in crisis find a light, but also with adults in various settings. My passion is to help first responders, learn skills to help themselves, and start to empty their "heavy backpacks". I also have experience assisting others find ways to cope. I truly enjoy helping other meet their personal goals and improve mental health.

Trained in EMDR, TFCBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and CISM. Certified first responder counselor, I have worked side by side with first responders and learned their culture. I provide an eclectic approach to therapy to meet your needs. I have a person centered approach making sure you get the best service. I provide supervision to llpcs as well.
