Sometimes we crave change. We can struggle with feelings, thoughts or behaviors that make us feel stuck, distressed, frustrated or lost. Whether we are coping with anxiety, self-criticism, loneliness, shame, depression or grief; healing from trauma; or wanting our relationships & capacity to communicate with ourselves or others to improve - there ARE genuine ways to transform & heal. In order for change to happen we need to feel safe: to be seen, heard, and validated. Together, we will create a safe space for you to explore and understand what’s been keeping you where you are, so you can finally get to where you want to be.
The work I do involves curiosity, exploration, embodiment, empowerment & compassion. I have been through & seen a lot as a person, so my life informs my work with others - I didn't learn all I do from books or school. I LOVE to laugh, sit in sunshine, be moved & inspired by GOOD tv & films, and I love to write. Helping others is an innate part of who I am.
