Have you tried traditional "talk therapy" in the past but are still stuck? If you're feeling hopeless, overwhelmed and anxious I encourage you to try a different approach. Together we will dive deeper to get to the root cause rather than immediately trying to fix the problem. It's always more complex than it appears on the surface and this work takes time and effort. I offer more expressive and experiential modalities to help you make meaningful, lasting changes and take you beyond just talk therapy. I take a holistic and integrative approach and see you as a whole person and not just a person with "issues."
Common areas I can help you with are: self-harm, addictions, trauma, anxiety, PTSD and depression. I also have plenty of experience navigating grief/loss, relationship conflicts, divorce, and LGBTQIA issues. I will suggest things for you to do in between sessions. You get out of it what you put into it!
My approach begins with listening intently and really getting to know who you are. I want to hear about your struggles, important life experiences and anything else you'd like to share with me.
