About
You may be asking yourself if you really do need assistance or if you can handle it on your own. Perhaps someone urged you to seek out support. Regardless of how you landed on my page, I am grateful you stopped here. My approach is unique in that I have both an MBA (Business Masters Degree) and a Masters Degree in Psychology. I specialize in women's issues and I am a licensed trained psychotherapist and women's career/relationship coach. I have over 25 years working and volunteering in diverse settings. I offer a holistic and collaborative approach. You will grow your confidence.
Together we will strategize and develop goals along with an action plan. You will receive warmth and empathy in a judgment-free atmosphere. My work approach is holistic and often includes practical psychotherapy interventions, mindfulness, and somatic bodywork to bring about emotional stability. I weave psychoeducation and research together to help you.
My clients say they love working with me because I am open and relatable. Humor and laughter will enter our sessions and sometimes tears do too. At the end of the day, my goal is about supporting amazing women like you on this amazing journey we call life.
