If faith shapes how you see your life and your marriage, you won't have to translate it for me or defend it. If it doesn't, nothing about the work changes. I see partners, individuals and families in Lone Tree and by video anywhere in Colorado. I'm direct. I'll tell you what I see, name the pattern while it's happening, and help you practice something different in session, not just talk about it.
My training is in marriage and family therapy, so I work systemically: even when it's just you in the room, I'm watching the patterns around you. With partners, that means getting out of the fight you keep having. With individuals, it may be trauma, grief, or a change that knocked something loose. EMDR, IFS, Restoration Therapy: I pick the one that fits you.
Most people want to get back to who they were before the loss or the betrayal. Going back isn't what happens. You come out different, carrying it instead of hiding it.
